How is Bubble Wrap made?? 1. Plastic granules are added into the extruder and gets heated at a high temperature. 2. The granules are then melted and pushed out of the cylinder in the form of plastic film. 3. The film is then wrapped around the roller which has holes punched inside it. 4. The holes then produces suction and one layer of the film then turns into Air Bubbles. 5. The Air Bubble layer is then laminated with another layer, thus forming Air Bubble Wrap Sheets and then turning into rolls.
